QA release: backend 1.1.10, frontend 1.1.66 (r2)

Same images as -r1; re-tagged because setup.sh --upgrade now carries the new
signup / Google keys into an existing .env instead of leaving them to invisible
compose defaults. Deploy from THIS tag.
